When I am not out photographing and exploring, I own a health and wellness business Finally Fit and Healthy (www.finallyfitandhealthy.com).  I provide support and guidance to individuals who would like to lose weight, decrease stress, and improve their fitness levels.  I received my training through Wellcoaches, Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and the American College of Sports Medicine.  Additionally, I organize and led hikes, walks and bike rides.

I hope you enjoy the blog and please let me know what you think!
